The Role

The Buyer – P2P is responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice resolutions across global business units. Based in Manila, this role acts as a key point of contact for both local and international stakeholders, ensuring service excellence in line with global procurement standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Sourcing, the Buyer – P2P helps manage vendor relationships, monitors procurement transactions, and ensures data accuracy within the P2P system. This position contributes to process efficiency, cost optimisation, and compliance with global procurement policies and controls.
