The Butler Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the butler team to ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalised service in line with the standards of the Raffles brand. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, anticipates guest needs, and maintains the brand’s commitment to elegance, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the Butler team to maintain luxury service standards
• Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing levels, and oversee shift operations
• Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing training sessions
• Ensure impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professionalism at all times
• Oversee arrivals, in-suite experiences, and special arrangements
• Ensure all guest preferences are recorded, updated, and acted upon
