Business/Systems Analysts (IT) - Randstad

We are looking for a high caliber Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic delivery team. This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of regulatory interpretation, network operations, and digital delivery. You will be instrumental in translating complex regulatory obligations such as Flexible Exports (FEL) and Ministerial Orders into seamless business processes and auditable requirements.

As part of an established BA cohort, you will work on high profile initiatives (including FTA and Consumer Energy Resources) that ensure our network remains compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.

The Role

This isn't just about gathering requirements. You will be a bridge between the regulator and the real world. You will work across discovery, policy design, and end to end delivery to ensure traceability from legislative intent through to implemented digital outcomes.
