About the Role
The Business Unit Manager is the key person for building up and heading a Reply Polska business unit located in Katowice, Poland.Focus is on general management, budget and personnel planning, as well as stakeholder management (Reply internal clients)Active participation in the recruitment/sourcing processes (interviewing, deciding on hiring, and economics)People management and mentoring (20+ people)Project delivery supervision/management.
