The role:
We’re seeking a proactive and technically strong Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Services team. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you’ll take ownership of the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our core platforms, particularly HAMBS and integrated applications.
  
This role blends advanced application support, systems analysis, integration management, and project delivery. You’ll act as the bridge between technology and business operations, ensuring systems are aligned to regulatory requirements, operational priorities, and member needs.
