Business System/Data Analyst (Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

Job Description

Experience: 8-10 years

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experience to lead Tableau to Power BI migration initiatives. The role requires a hands-on BA + PM professional who can drive end-to-end delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality migration of reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Drive end-to-end project delivery (planning, tracking, governance)
• Manage Tableau to Power BI migration (reports, datasets, dashboards)
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and UAT coordination
• Work closely with business, tech, and data teams
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder sign-off
