About the Role

Job Title: Business System Analyst, Intermediate
Please note: Candidates must be able to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week and up to 5 days per week in Guelph, ON.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical data solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze business needs, define system and data requirements, and support the design and delivery of data and analytics solutions.
 Responsibility
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional, system, and data requirements that support analytics and reporting solutions
Evaluate existing systems, data flows, and integrations to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards
