- Handle ServiceNow tickets (CRM, accounts, etc.)
- Work with sales to update territories & classifications
- Support future-year requests & data tracking
- Learn AWR, ECIF & Azure Credit Offer processes
- Review & submit funding requests (via OneAsk tool)
- Offer white-glove support to sales teams
- Help streamline operations & assist with projects
