Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to Sales Leaders in SEA, Medical, and Industrial & Scientific divisions.
• Manage and organize meetings, including QSM sessions, and track team leave.
• Consolidate sales reports and data from the region; prepare monthly reports on sales‑in and sales‑out, including customer inventories where applicable.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Demand Planning to communicate updates on open orders to the sales team and distributors.
• Coordinate with the sales team and legal department on the renewal of distributor agreements.
• Manage communication with distributors for monthly in‑market sales reports and coordinate changes to customers, logistics, and supply partners.
• Liaise with plant, distributor, and sales teams on related events such as plant visits.
• Act as liaison between sales, Customer Service, and Supply where applicable.
