About the Role 
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT’s involvement in broader business-driven projects. You’ll act as a strategic partner to various business units, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver real value. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
