About the Role

THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Business Services Senior AR Capability Lead, you play a critical role in defining the global AR design and driving end‑to‑end transformation initiatives. You will partner across functions, implement best‑in‑class processes and controls, and enable scalable, efficient AR operations while supporting Coty’s global transformation agenda.
You will be reporting to the Business Services AR Global Process Owner, and you will manage:
1. Global AR Process Ownership & Transformation
Lead large‑scale AR transformation projects as global design owner

Drive cross‑functional impact assessments and ensure smooth implementation

Partner across workstreams during global initiatives (e.g. ERP, e‑invoicing, BPO transitions)

Ensure alignment with global AR policies, controls, and standards

Promote transparency and effective change management
