About the Role

 Two positions are currently available for Property Valuers for the Melbourne office of this Australian Valuations firm.
  ROLE 1: Valuer & Property Analyst – QA/Compliance Focus 
 Organic progression to QA / Compliance Manager for the right person.
 4-5yrs exp CPV; incl QA compliance, risk
 Valuations for private/non-mortgage, litigation, family law, expert witness, non-bank lenders, mortgage, investment
 Team in Melb reviewing Valuations nationally
 Min 1yr exp in QA compliance
 API standards, RICS standards, formatting reports and restructuring reports
 Salary 100,000 + super (depending on experience)
 May need to stay sharp on the tools and conduct valuations every once in a while.
  ROLE 2: Generalist Valuer: 
 Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Prestige Residential, Rural VIC
 Valuations for private/non-mortgage, litigation, family law, expert witness, non-bank ...
