Business Risk Analyst

Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of effective controls within the Markets Trading and Sales businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

Executing and reporting the results of control testing
Supervising and coaching junior team members
Monitoring the execution of the testing programme and resolving obstacles
Maintaining high standards and best practises for testing activities
Providing valuable insights and challenge to stakeholders on control design and effectiveness
Assisting stakeholders in control remediation efforts
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance, and Operational Risk
Presenting impactful summary outputs from the testing programme
Providing Markets controls subject matter expertise across all three lines of defence
