Business Process Sr Representative

Responsibilities
Primary focus will be on quality role involving management of KCX (Customer Survey), audit, quality application and process management and Sales support involving strategic assignment base on business requirement as well as Sales functional Salesforce application support.
This role will extend to cover other BPA (Business Process Analyst) portfolio and involves a significant amount of project management. Responsibilities include managing internal technical and non-technical business projects. Responsible for the gathering, planning, design and build, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. This includes monitoring overall progress & timelines and provide progress/ status reports to management.
Analysing current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
