About the Role
_We’re looking for a_ **_Business Process Senior Associate_** _to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit._
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit
+ Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed
+ Report all system issues that may affect the operations
+ Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree holder of any course
+ With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, /BPO experience, can accept fresh graduates
+ Strong knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
