Job Title: Merchandise Planning Manager
We are looking for a Merchandise Planning Manager to lead policy development, process optimization, and system enhancements for key merchandising applications including Merchandise Management System (MMS), JDA Advanced Allocation, and Arc Merchandise BI.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement workflows and policies to ensure effective use of merchandising systems
Ensure user compliance with established systems policies and procedures
Lead and support system enhancements, updates, and upgrades in collaboration with IT and support teams
Assess impact of system changes on interface applications
Draft advisories, memos, and policy guidelines related to system implementations
Provide user support, training, and hands-on assistance for merchandising system users
Develop training materials and conduct system orientations as needed
Prepare management reports and presentations
