Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a Business Banking team, on a hybrid basis. This role acts as a bridge between business users and technology, operating as a consultant to understand frontline challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the technical teams. The successful candidate will lead journey mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to support new builds and enhancements within Salesforce and the eCRM platform, including AI‑enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with frontline agents to understand workflows, challenges, and pain points
• Act as a bridge between business users and eCRM/technology teams
• Gather, document, and manage requirements for new builds and enhancements
