Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar role
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce (Admin-level understanding preferred; certification not required)
Ability to translate configuration and workflow changes into clear business processes
Experience supporting CRM migrations, system upgrades, or RevOps process improvements
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with both technical teams (Salesforce implementers) and non-technical stakeholders (BDRs, Sales Ops managers, marketers)
Experience contributing to documentation or enablement content is a plus
