- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with prior exposure to IT projects;
experience in Shipping,Logistics, or Supply Chain is highly desirable. - Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights;
