Business Process Analyst 2
Scholarship: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Electronics.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience
Knowledge:
Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).
Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).
SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
Mechanical Integration(Top Level).
 Lean Six Sigma
English 90%.
Activities / Responsibilities :
• Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
• Kaizen, to improvement the production processes.
• Mapping (VSM), to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.
