- Represent the section in initiatives and cross-team projects.
- Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars — from planning and logistics to documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate internal team meetings and streamline internal processes.
- Handle financial and procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.
- Take on ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks according to team needs.
- Maintain and update section documentation via SharePoint.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships across all relevant internal teams.
