Planning Team Responsibilities

• Managing or completing supply planning based on a number of indicators (sales forecast, orders, production data).
• Analyzing, controlling and reporting on relevant KPI, detecting plan deviations, and deriving recommendations.
• Developing supplier forecasts and determining logistical processes with suppliers.
• Analyzing order plans and critical timelines, and double-checking available materials, parts or products in stock.
• Executing load balancing calculations, and cooperating with other plants for respectively optimized plans.
• Planning of monthly or weekly production program for the assigned plant(s).
• Calculating and deploying short-term (day-to-day) production plans for assigned production resources.
