We are a fast-growing flooring supplier working with major retail partners across Canada. We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to help turn strategy into execution.

This role sits at the center of the business — supporting leadership across sales, supply chain, and operations — ensuring key initiatives move forward with structure, speed, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management, Execution & Coordination
  • Translate meetings into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Own and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion
  • Define priorities, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate across sales, operations, and supply chain to keep initiatives on track
