Job Location- Noida (Work from Office - Monday to Saturday)
Open to PAN India Travel (Based on Business Requirements)
Education : Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive high-priority strategic initiatives for the offline operations team to improve new business, expansion, and day-to-day operations across offline centers
Manage stakeholder communication with respect to process changes, milestone planning, and escalations
Partner with Finance, SCM, HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams to align operational execution with strategic business goals.
Build a deep understanding of all the organization's KPIs and assist leadership in making decisions and executing them.
Ensure the project’s OTD (On Time Delivery) while also continuously striving to improve the project’s TTV (Time To Value)
