About the Role
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for the administration and preparation of business documentation and customer facing materials within the Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the flow of information and content from internal teams and vendors to support the creation of visually appealing presentations, and proposals. This activity includes managing internal and external systems, consolidating information from multiple sources, and resolving issues or exceptions where necessary.
Secondary responsibilities of this role include the preparation, auditing, and production of recurring business reports, as well as maintenance and data management of content and templates, across the organization.
