Mission
To support sales by managing progress toward achieving KPIs and formulating policies and strategies to achieve them in order to achieve the goals of the Rakuten Mobile corporate sales organization.
Key Roles
We will promote the achievement of the goals of the Rakuten Mobile corporate sales organization through the following three axes:
・Information Gathering:Comprehensively understand trends and results (sales, operations, strategy, etc.) across the entire corporate business division, and appropriately select information related to achieving organizational goals (subscriber acquisition, profitability).
・Action Plan Formulation:Formulate concrete action plans based on information and show the path to achieving organizational goals.
・Action Execution and Promotion:Involve stakeholders, steadily implement action plans, and promote goal achievement.
