• Good knowledge of business administration, internal control demands as well as accounting principles & financial statements. Experience in staff scheduling as an advantage.
• Process and result orientation.
• Good personal discipline and an ability to work within set deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Capability to lead, communicate and implement change and motivate others.
• Proven analytical and numerical skills as well as computer proficiency with intermediate MS Excel skills.
