To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in Chile, through its Chile-based subsidiary, we are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HRBP to join our HR team. The HRBP will manage daily HR operations and support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, with a focus on supporting plant leadership and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to handle a wide range of HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR operations.
