About the Role
- Maintain and regularly update employee databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and reconcile employee rosters and ID lists across multiple systems
- Act as primary point of contact (POC) for ID management and ticketing systems, handling onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning
- Ensure compliance with access controls, security protocols, and escalation procedures
- Collaborate with reporting teams on roster and hierarchy alignment requirements
- Publish updated ID lists and rosters to operations in a timely manner
- Support project milestones through data-related activities such as data mapping and dataset creation
- Maintain and support database platforms including SharePoint, Excel, and SQL Server
- Conduct audits of identity and access data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance policies
- Collaborate with BI, reporting, and operations teams to support ID management processes
