Business Intelligence Developer helps drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. You must have the ability to consolidate data and create reporting with analysis to provide data driven insight into the business. That requires the ability to investigate and understand business metrics and needed outcomes as well as varied data sources. The ability to work with a team to understand business needs and objectives and independently understand, review and derive insights from the data are a must. The reporting developer / Business Analyst must be self-managed and self-driven with excellent communication skills to both work with the team to identify business needs and communicate analysis results.
