About the Role

Job Description:
A well-established company in the real estate industry is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join the team. This is a strategic role focused on modern data implementation, moving beyond traditional reporting to power Advanced Analytics and Conversational AI initiatives.

 Location: Washington, D.C. (3 days/week)
 Salary: Up to 135k base + bonus
 Visa sponsorship is NOT AVAILABLE

 Responsibilities:
 BI & Analytics Implementation: Responsible for end-to-end implementation of advanced analytics solutions, leveraging tools such as Looker (or similar modern BI platforms)
 AI/ML Integration: Implement business logic and domain knowledge to facilitate the development and deployment of Conversational AI solutions

 3+ years of experience in an analytics role (BI Developer, Data Engineer or related)
