Must Have

• Over 14 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales leadership in large enterprise technology environments.
• Proven success in driving digital transformation and selling AI-based or Martech platforms in Africa, preferably with exposure to Telecom and BFSI sectors.
• Experience in B2B consultative selling and in effectively leading/mentoring Sales/Account teams.
