Job purpose

Role 1: Joint Venture (JV) Governance and Financial Management Lead. Serve as an officer (Treasurer/Assistant Treasurer) in the JV.

• Exercise approval rights based on the Shareholder Agreement (SHA): Collaborate with partner officers to exercise approval rights for JV fund disbursement, financial statements, and tax filings.
