About the Role

Reporting to the President China and the Vice President & General Manager of FCV China, the role requires partnering with the existing Flow Controls Project, KOB3, GULDE and OEM sales team to foster a collaborative, result-driven culture. A key focus will be on people and leadership development to ensure continued growth and success in China.



**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ Coordinate and work with Flow Controls China sales team and LBP sales team to develop and execute sales strategy to support profitable growth.

+ Coach sales team for leadership development, performance review, sales skills improvement and sales channel management.

+ Drive solid KOB3 growth with account planning, critical applications, competition displacement and differentiated digital solutions.

+ Proactively taking the lead in project pursuits, capturing industry waves and identifying white spaces.
