Job Description – Team Lead BDR, Pune


The Team Lead – Business Development Representative is an individual contributor who provides daily operational and process leadership to the BDR team;
acting as the primary SME for qualification standards, scripts, cadences, Salesforce hygiene, and lead-routing workflows;
while serving as the first point of contact for quality checks, coaching, onboarding support, and cross-functional alignment with Inside Sales to enhance overall team productivity.

Key responsibilities of this role include:


SME Support and Individual Contributor


Act as the SME for scripts, outreach cadences, qualification criteria, and Salesforce usage, ensuring consistent team-wide best practices.


Provide peer-level coaching on call quality, objection handling, tonality, and messaging.


Meet daily/weekly outreach and activity KPIs across calls, emails, sequences, ...
