Business Development Sr Representative

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and validation of lease deal packages before submission to CSRs for order booking.
Support record-keeping and tracking of all submitted and booked Keysight Access transactions.
Help maintain deal documentation and ensure all records are audit-compliant and properly filed.
Partner with internal teams (CSR, CCC, BIS, Lease Asset Management) to follow up on operational tasks or escalate issues for resolution.
Track progress of lease lifecycle events (e.g., bookings, amendments, end-of-term actions).
Perform system entries, updates, and reporting related to SAMI and other lease-related tools.
Contribute to processing documentation and continuous improvement initiatives led by the Business.
Leads or participates in multi-function projects with an emphasis on the design, development and implementation of end-to-end processes, business intelligence and tools to address business requirements and support business growth.
