Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across staffing and consulting services
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and direct outreach
- Engage with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders
- Present BrothersTech’s staffing and consulting solutions to prospective clients
