1. Recruit&onboard high-quality anchors/ agencies through existing voice chat/live-streaming apps and social platforms (including TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/FaceBook and other overseas channels

2. Implement regular training & management process for contacted anchors/agencies, including helping the anchors to actively broadcast with regular broadcasting schedules, daily pk tasks and events

3.Response to hosts & agencies feedbacks and give solutions in a responsible and efficient way

4. Monitor basic data result and feedback to Hosts/Agencies on a regular basis

Requirements:

1.Familiar with various online social platforms, senior players are preferred；

2.Familiar with social platform, live streaming and other pan-entertainment products, candidates with resources of local agencies preferred;

3.Strong communication skills and cheerful personality;
