About the Role
Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Central Time
1 hour unpaid lunch with two paid 15 minute breaks
Pay:
300 PHP per hour + recurring 10% commissions from all accounts
Qualifications:
- Excellent English (Sounds American)
- Charismatic and full of energy on the phone
- Young and hungry, eager to make a lot of money
- 2 years Sales Experience minimum
- Mature/responsible individual with no distractions in personal life
- No attendance issues
Responsibilities:
- Generating and prospecting new accounts for outsourcing
- Managing accounts post sale
- Minimum 40 new leads generated on average daily
- Minimum 40 outbound calls daily
