About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Representative to streamline our sales process from initial contact through customer onboarding. You’ll play a critical role in organizing meetings, handling CRM updates, preparing quotes, and following up with prospects. You’ll also assist with outbound outreach using curated lead lists. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and can support a technically-minded sales process with minimal oversight.

This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. EST business hours.

Inbound Sales Coordination

  • Respond to inbound leads from website forms, emails, and referral channels
  • Schedule and join discovery and demo calls with prospects (another team member will lead)
  • Take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and ensure next steps are clear
