About the Role
OneSeven Tech (OST) is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. We know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales engine, and as an BDR you'll be on the front line of that mission. You'll be responsible for finding and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and setting up our sales team for success by creating a strong pipeline of opportunities.
About the Role
As a BDR at OST, you'll own the top of the sales funnel: researching target markets, identifying potential customers, and initiating contact to create qualified meetings for our Founder/CEO. You'll act as the bridge between marketing and sales, turning outbound prospecting into sales-ready leads.
