About the Role
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to work closely with the firm principals and have a crucial role in developing new client business opportunities at their Mexico City office.
Your Day Includes:
Identifying potential clients and projects
Forecasting firm workloads
Building client relationships
Preparing presentations and contract proposals
Tracking and maintaining client leads in a CRM software
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
5 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience
Experience in AEC or related industry
Excellent verbal and written English, and presentation skills
