  • Responsible for reviewing, submission and approval of quotations for Book
  • Build customer’s relationships and customer databases
  • Set up the customer – oriented strategies to develop sales channels and increase market share
  • Gather & Evaluate information about potential clients
  • Advise the management on appropriate business strategies
  • Monitor and Evaluate client’s account status
  • Support & Solve technical problems
  • Forecast sales revenue
  • Support and develop customer service
  • Responsible for achieving the sales targets
  • Provide Coaching, motivation and leadership to Sales Team
  • Organise communication between clients, business partners & company’s management
  • PR for the company
