A well know MNC General Insurance is looking for one BD Manager and BD senior officer. The candidate will entitle to good benefit and stable working hours. They are looking for someone with solid General insurance BD experiences.

The Role

* Responsible for exploring business potential, monitor and maintaining existing business portfolios, and achieving sales and retention targets for the professional broker channels to achieve a profitable business portfolio
* Regular visit to potential and existing brokers in order to explore and maintain good business relationships
* To optimize sales revenue according to Underwriting Guideline
* Supervisory and coaching subordinate to develop their skills
* Analyze and manage performance of business sources in terms of loss ratio, growth rate etc. and propose action required to superior.
