About the Role

Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of secure packaging solutions, supplying a broad international customer base across sectors including logistics, chemical, oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, banking, security, ICT, hospitality, and manufacturing / industrial.

Due to planned expansion and relocation to larger premises, they are creating a new Business Development Manager role to support long-term growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage and play a key role in its UK expansion.

The Role

  • Drive new business acquisition (approx. 85%) across the UK
  • Develop and grow an existing customer portfolio (approx. 25%)
  • Sell secure tamper evident packaging solutions into multiple sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
