About the Role
Position Information:
Location: Hanoi / Hai Phong
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Scope: Vietnam–USA Trade Lane (Ocean & Air)
Role Purpose:
The TP Lane Business Development Manager is responsible for owning and developing the Vietnam–USA trade lane, ensuring sustainable export and import growth, gross profit protection, and strong collaboration with overseas agents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Lane Ownership & Strategy
- Own VN–USA lane volume and GP targets.
- Develop strategy for Ocean FCL/LCL, Air export & import, and US inbound business.
- Promote US warehousing, inland trucking, and customs brokerage solutions.
2. Direct Customer Development
- Develop exporters in Electronics, Furniture, Footwear, and Industrial goods sectors.
