We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager fluent in Spanish to lead and expand our LatinAmerican client base from Lima. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities across the LATAM region, engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. You will manage full sales cycles from lead generation and outreach, through proposal development, to closing and client onboarding while collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written), with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management ideally with exposure to LATAM markets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective offerings
