Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. What You’ll Do

1. Grow New Business: Identify and secure new customers across packaging, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and automation sectors. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
2. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions, and be the main contact for enquiries, solution discussions, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth customer experience.
