This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in outbound campaign services, including final expense and emerging offerings.

- Propose tailored solutions that align with the company’s capabilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate closely with operations and campaign teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve results.
- Conduct market research, perform sales forecasting, maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
