- Supporting campaign managers and lines of business
- Researching and report writing
- Maintaining contact database and ensure it is kept current
- Developing and maintaining organizational charts
- Attending trade shows and seminars and assist in their preparations
- Meeting with suppliers
- Assisting in the response to all governance, compliance and other internal requirements
- Preparing and coordinating all sponsorship and community investment requests
- Buying and Selling tracking and reporting
- Performing additional functions as required
- Experience and knowledge of the Canadian defence industry is essential
